Network Operational Data Holding AS is a private limited company focused on driving sustainable infrastructure solutions. The company operates as a holding entity for its group companies, managing investments and operations across its three core business areas: data centers, fiber networks, and industrial real estate.

The holding structure was established as part of a strategic restructuring in 2020 to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance accountability. The restructuring was implemented with full continuity for tax purposes and from an accounting perspective as of January 1, 2020.

Network Operational Data Holding AS is committed to delivering value to its stakeholders by fostering sustainable growth and supporting the transition toward a greener global economy.
