2004: Network Operational Data is established with the mission to deliver next-generation digital infrastructure capable of evolving with rapid technological change.
2010s: As global demand for digital services surged, we expanded into international markets and became an early adopter of sustainable infrastructure—introducing energy-efficient data centers before sustainability became an industry norm.
2020–2023: We entered a phase of accelerated growth through strategic partnerships with global technology leaders. During this period, we launched smart facility initiatives that integrated automation and advanced monitoring systems. We also began investing in sustainable fiber networks aimed at enhancing connectivity in underserved regions.

2025–2027: Big Plans Ahead

Looking ahead, Network Operational Data is advancing several ambitious initiatives to meet the infrastructure demands of the digital future. Our roadmap includes large-scale developments across industrial real estate, AI-focused data centers, and next-generation fiber networks.

Industrial Real Estate Growth

Between now and 2027, we plan to deliver more than 600,000 square meters of high-efficiency, sustainable industrial space across South Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom. These new projects go far beyond traditional industrial parks—they are designed as smart, connected environments equipped with automation technologies and renewable energy systems.

These spaces are purpose-built for modern sectors such as advanced manufacturing, logistics, and cold-chain warehousing. Each development is aligned with international sustainability goals and tailored to support local economic development—ensuring value for both tenants and surrounding communities.

AI-Ready Data Centers in Serbia

The rise of artificial intelligence has created new infrastructure demands. To support this shift, we are developing a network of AI-optimized data centers in Serbia, strategically located to serve both regional and international AI workloads.

These centers are designed to accommodate GPU-intensive computing, machine learning training, and real-time inference at scale. They feature scalable power delivery, liquid and air cooling systems, and flexible configurations to meet the needs of research institutions, hyperscale cloud providers, and AI-driven enterprises.

We are currently in discussions with major AI hardware manufacturers and software developers to ensure that our infrastructure supports the evolving needs of the AI ecosystem.

Fiber Networks for All

Reliable digital access begins with robust connectivity. That’s why we’re expanding our terrestrial fiber infrastructure across underserved areas in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.

These new fiber routes are engineered to deliver ultra-high-capacity, low-latency connections for both commercial and community use. From powering rural 5G deployments to enabling smart city applications, our network investments are built for flexibility and resilience.

This initiative is more than a technology upgrade—it’s about digital inclusion. By expanding access to high-speed connectivity, we help empower communities, support remote workforces, and close the digital divide.
