Novi Sad’s New Business Park

Plans for Novi Sad Hub have been in development for several years, following its allocation for business and development in the municipal plan. Regulatory work began in 2015 and has reached a significant milestone in 2023, with approvals for infrastructure upgrades paving the way for development.

The Novi Sad Hub will commence construction in 2024, with the first tenants expected to move into this centrally located facility by 2026.
